Tery just broke the world-record for total weight lifted in 8 hours. During an 8 hour period he lifted a 60kg bar, performing 10 lifts per set, and 31 sets per hour

Terry is a guest on Kerrang! Radio's night-time show on the evening of Monday 21st May 2007. Listen to him live after midnight.

Terry completed another successful world-record break on Tuesday 17th October 2006. Over a 5 hour period Terry broke the world record for lateral pulldowns by pulling an amazing 250,000kg.

Photographs of Terry's leg-lift world record-break are now online, this was sponsored by Cartasport Leisure and raised funds for the North London Dyspraxia support group.

Terry wowed the attendees of the 2006 Waltham Forest festival with his "hour of power" show.

In August 2006, Terry entertained the crowds at the launch of "1000 Faces" - a unique photographic project showing the multi-cultural nature of Walthamstow.

Terry spent most of Shrove Tuesday breaking the world record for pancake tossing. After a 12 hour feat of endurance, Terry completed his task by flipping his 72001st pancake toss. The event raised money for charity and was hosted by the Uffizzi Restaurant.

On Friday 13th January 2006, Terry Cole broke the world record for balancing pint glasses on his chin. Terry balanced an amazing 86 pint beer glasses!


Sadly Terry's long-time pet and stage partner "Mickey" died in December, some pictures and memorial thoughts of Mickey are available here.

Terry has just completed his 1000 mile walk around london, carrying a 35kg giant glitter-ball. This took him 48 days, he started in on 12th December 2004 and completed it on 1st March 2005. The walk was sponsored by "Light-engineering Ltd", and raised an incredible £33,000.
